Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as delivered
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer in Pakistan.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • If eligible, we will coordinate a free return or replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at Query@Genzofficialstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.
  3. Send your item back as directed and wait for confirmation.
